League Two club in England seeking Irish tutor for academy role

A League Two club has posted an advert for an Irish language tutor.

Lincoln City is hoping "to recruit a part-time personal tutor" for the club's academy.

An ad posted on the club's website reads:

"The purpose of this is to teach a Scholar the Irish Language as part of their Leaving Certificate from September 2019 for approximately 4 hours/week."

The Imps are currently top of the table in League Two, two points clear with a game in hand.

The club's U18 side is also enjoying success, currently coming third in their league with four wins in their last five matches.
