Man, 30s, arrested in relation to serious assault of woman in Arklow
Gardaí investigating the serious assault of a woman in Co Wicklow have made an arrest.
A woman in her 30s was assaulted at a house in Arklow in the early hours of this morning.
She remains in a critical condition at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin this evening.
A man, aged in his 30s, was arrested this evening.
He is currently being detained at Wicklow Garda Station.
