The sentencing hearing for three former Anglo Irish Bank executives - found guilty of trying to defraud Revenue - has resumed in Dublin.
Former C.O.O. Tiarnan O’Mahoney, former Company Secretary Bernard Daly and former Assistant Manager Aoife Maguire were found guilty yesterday of conspiring to hide accounts connected to former Anglo boss Sean FitzPatrick.
They were remanded in custody until this afternoon's sentencing hearing.

Before the sentencing hearing broke before 1pm, Judge Patrick McCartan told Dublin Circuit Criminal Court that a maximum sentence that can be imposed on each of the counts is five years in prison.
