Sinn Féin says the Government's housing scheme has failed - after it was launched two years ago this week.
Rebuilding Ireland committed to providing homes for 135,000 households by 2021 and promised action to reduce homelessness.
However, with record homeless figures and a low housing stock, Sinn Féin claims that the scheme has actually made the crisis worse.
The party's housing spokesperson Eoin O'Broin says things have gotten worse.
He said: "It promised to tackle the housing and homeless crisis and in fact, over two years things have gotten worse. Homelessness is up 50%, pensioner homelessness up 54% and child homelessness up 63%."
