Man arrested following alleged assault which left woman seriously injured
A man has been arrested after a woman was left with serious injuries following an alleged assault in Dublin.
It is reported to have happened at an apartment on Parnell Street shortly before 3am this morning.
A man in his 30s left the flat and reportedly caused damage to a car before being arrested and taken to Mountjoy Garda Station.
The woman, who is also in her 30s, was brought to the Mater hospital with serious injuries.
