800 NAMA apartments sold to Canadian investors

Almost 800 NAMA apartments have been snapped up at 4 locations in Dublin.

The units at Charlestown, Lansdowne Gate in Drimnagh, Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford, and Bakers Yard in the city centre, have been sold to a Canadian Investment Company.

The deal is said to be worth over €211m.
