Everton keeper will have nightmares over this howler

His side won this match against Leicester 3-2, but it was no thanks to Jindrich Stanek’s shocking performance, including one of the worst attempted clearances ever.

The Czech U19 international has been with Everton since January and is yet to make an appearance for the senior team.

If this hilarious “clearance” goal during an U21 match on Monday is anything to go by, Tim Howard and the other goalie won’t be too concerned about him taking their places.

Stanek awkwardly stuck out his leg to clear the ball, but instead knocked it straight into the top corner of his own net.

Oh dear.
