The Health Information and Quality Authority has found a range of areas of non compliance at a care unit in Kilkenny.

St Patrick's Centre was de-registered in June following previous inspections and the latest report relates to three further unannounced inspections in August and September.

The inspectors found there were still outstanding issues after the previous inspections.

Some of those highlighted included the use of a post it note to update a patient's records, outstanding fire safety improvements and deficiencies in staff training.
