Gardai are seeking the public's assistance in tracing a missing teenager from Dublin.

Sixteen-year-old Daniel Murphy was last seen on Decies Road in Ballyfermot at around 1am on Sunday.

When last seen he was wearing navy blue tracksuit bottoms, a blue top with "Gryllis” on it and white runners.

He is described as being 5ft 7 tall, 9 stone in weight and with black hair and blue eyes.

He is known to frequent the Ballyfermot, Clondalkin and Finglas areas.

Anyone who has seen Daniel is asked to contact Ronanstown Garda Station.
