€120k worth of cannabis intercepted at mail centre
A large quantity of herbal cannabis has been seized at Portlaoise Mail Centre.
Officers from Revenue’s Customs Service seized six kilos of the drug with a street value of 120,000 euro, following routine profiling.
Revenue sniffer dog "Stella" reacted to a parcel from South Africa, addressed to a location in north Dublin.
Revenue says its investigations are ongoing.
