The book of evidence is expected to be served early next month on an Italian man accused of murdering Tom O'Gorman at his home in Castleknock in Dublin last January.

Religious affairs writer Tom O'Gorman, who was 39, was a researcher with the Iona institute.

The DPP informed Cloverhill District Court earlier that more time was needed to prepare the book of evidence and the case was adjourned until the 8th of May.
