Anti-water charge protestors have said Irish Water will fund the bank bailout and not repair of the water system.

Protestors are meeting in Dublin this afternoon to bin their bills in opposition to the water charges.

The campaigners meet at the Garden of Remembrance in Dublin city centre at 2pm, before marching to Leinster House.
