'Spider-Man' in Dublin street fight

A video of a street performer dressed as Spider-Man in a street fight in Dublin has gone viral.

Robert Bolster posted the video on Facebook after coming across the unusual scene on Dublin’s South Anne Street.

Reasons for the row are unconfirmed, but we can see a determined Spidey refusing to allow the second man leave the scene after a sequence of shoving and pushing involving both men. Some punches are also thrown.

Spider-Man then proceeds to attempt to hold the man towards the end of the video, posted on YouTube by broadsheet.ie.

Gardaí arrested both men -aged 25 and 39 - after the incident at 4.10pm yesterday on public order grounds. They were taken to Irishtown garda station and have since been released pending further investigation.
