Compass is a new information hub for jobseekers

A new information hub for jobseekers is being unveiled today.

'Compass' is an online search tool created by youth website SpunOut.ie, to help with practical advice on employment, education and training.

Information will be filtered by location, age and barriers to employment.

Director of SpunOut.ie Ian Power explains how the site will work: "Compass is a new tool that SpunOut.ie has developed to point young people in the direction of new learning and work opportunities.

"It's powered by the fact sheets and service listings that we have created that are hosted on our website.

"The aim is to have a one-stop shop for young people to go to whenever they need information or whenever they need a new work or learning opportunity."
