Anti-water-charge groups are planning to run candidates in each constituency in the next General Election.
The pledge is part of an effort to get several anti-austerity groups working together under the one banner.
The Non Payment Network is organising a forum to discuss the ideas next month.
Socialist TD Ruth Coppinger says they are hoping for a complete shake-up in the Dáil.
"What we're encouraging campaigns to do is to discuss the idea of putting up a candidate who will be advocating non-payment of the water charges, supporting the boycott, but also taking up broader anti-austerity issues," she said.
