The sudden death of a man reported to be homeless in West Dublin is being investigated.

The sudden death of a man reported to be homeless in West Dublin is being investigated.

He was found on Main Street in Newcastle at around midday yesterday afternoon.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was taken to the mortuary in Tallaght Hospital for tests.

A Garda spokeswoman has confirmed that an investigation has been launched into the "sudden death."
