The clocks are going back this weekend by one hour as Winter Time is officially upon us.

Winter Time is set to commence at 1am GMT on Sunday 30 October, 2016.

All watches and clocks should be put back an hour at that time.

The clocks will then go forward at 1am GMT on Sunday 26 March 2017.
