A man is due to appear in court this morning after gardaí discovered a quantity of counterfeit currency in Dublin.

Arrest made over counterfiet currency seizure

A man is due to appear in court this morning after gardaí discovered a quantity of counterfeit currency in Dublin.

The seizure was made by members of the Garda Special Detective Unit following the search of a premises in the Artane and Coolock areas of Dublin on Thursday.

A 53 year-old man will appear before the courts of criminal justice at 10.30am.
