Talks aimed at resolving the Ryanair pilot's dispute will take place later today.
The discussions will look to avert strike action by the airlines 170 Irish-based pilots, amid their ongoing row over pay and conditions.
Their union, Forsa, said only a serious proposal from Ryanair management would prevent its members from taking to the picket line next week.
