Three men remain in custody this morning following the seizure of €25,000 worth of cannabis in North Dublin.

Three men remain in custody this morning following the seizure of €25,000 worth of cannabis in North Dublin.

A car was stopped and searched on the Malahide Road in Artane late last night, and Gardaí discovered one kilogram of cannabis herb.

The three men who are all aged in their 20s, are being held at Clontarf Garda Station where they can be questioned for up to seven days in relation to drug trafficking offences.

It is part of a an ongoing investigation by Gardaí in North Dublin, into the illegal sale and supply of controlled substances.
