Update 9.54pm: Eamon O'Connell has been found safe and well this evening.

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in finding a missing man in Galway.

40-year-old Eamon O'Connell was last seen at his home in Claregalway on Thursday last.

Eamon is described as five feet 11 inches tall, of thin build and with brown eyes.

Gardaí and Eamonn's family have serious concerns for his safety.
