Minister Burton said that she is clear that the Government has work to do such as passing Budget measures into law, and she impressed that upon the Taoiseach.

"I've always said we'd stay the course and do the five [years]," she said at the announcement that Workday is to create 100 jobs in Dublin.

"I'd a long conversation with the Taoiseach yesterday, a very friendly conversation, and I think we know we have a job of work to do, and we've committed to doing it.

"There's always challenges in Government, but equally there's always very pleasant occasions like today."
