A man has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering €2.8m.

Man arrested in €2.8m money-laundering probe

A man has been arrested on suspicion of money laundering €2.8m.

The 28-year-old was detained at a house on the northside of Dublin this morning.

He is being detained at Ballymun garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The money has now been frozen and investigations are on going.
