Conference to discuss relationship between autism and language

Autism and its relationship with language and thought are being discussed at a conference in Dublin today.

Trinity College is this evening hosting the international conference on autism and its connection with the structure of communication.

Research will be presented at the ALC conference about the way children with autism spectrum disorder interpret images.

A free public talk will be held at 7pm this evening in the Synge Theatre in the arts block at Trinity (on the Nassau street side of TCD’s main campus), titled 'The symbolic understanding of pictures by children with Autism Spectrum Disorder'.

People interested in attending the talk are being asked to register here, as space is limited.
