The Environmental Protection Agency has launched a new iPhone app which will help people report environmental pollution in their towns and villages.

The 'See it? Say it!' App allows users to take a photograph of the pollution incident, input GPS location co-ordinates, add a summary description of the incident and contact details.

The message will then be sent to the relevant local authority for follow-up.

It is hoped the app will help crack down on backyard burning, fly-tipping and water pollution.
