The deceased man, who was aged in his early 30s, was found at a property shortly after 9am this morning.
A second man, who had been seriously injured, was rushed to hospital.

It is believed the two men are Latvian nationals who had been renting the house.
The two arrested men are being questioned at Carlow Garda Station under the Provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy - who has visited the scene - is to carry out a post mortem examination on dead man's body to determine how he died.

Gardaí are appealing for any residents of, or visitors to, Graigowen, Gortnahowen or Slaney View Drive, housing estates in Tullow, Co Carlow and who may have heard or seen anything between 6pm last night and 9am this morning to contact Tullow Garda Station on 059-9181160, the Garda Confidential Line 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
