An explosive device has been found in the garden of a house in Belfast.

An explosive device has been found in the garden of a house in Belfast.

It was discovered in the Kinnaird Street area last night.

Some people who live nearby were told to leave their homes by the PSNI while the object was made safe.

It has been taken away for further examination.
