A judge has ruled one of the Ballymurphy victims' body is to exhumed for a postmortum.

Joseph Murphy was one of ten people shot by the British Army in west Belfast more than 40 years ago.

It has been alleged the 41-year-old - who was shot in the thigh but lived for 13 days after the incident - had another bullet fired into his wound.
