A man remains in a critical condition after a hit and run in Crossmaglen, County Armagh.

A man remains in a critical condition after a hit and run in Crossmaglen, County Armagh.

He was knocked down in Cardinal O'Fee Square in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of a number of motoring offences.

He's been released on bail pending further enquiries.
