A man, arrested in connection with the death of another man in Rathmines in Dublin, has been released without charge.

A man, arrested in connection with the death of another man in Rathmines in Dublin, has been released without charge.

The man in his 60s was taken into custody at Rathmines Garda Station yesterday evening.

He was released without charge this evening, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.

59-year-old Des Sullivan, was found dead on Monday night after Gardaí were called to an incident in Summerville Park in Rathmines.
