A man has been found dead at Navan Retail Park in Co Meath this morning.

Update 11.37am: The man who died in what is believed to be a workplace-related accident in Navan was aged in his 40s and was found at around 6.20am this morning.

It has been reported that the man lived locally.

A man has been found dead at Navan Retail Park in Co Meath this morning.

Gardaí have confirmed that the man was found under a gate.

Emergency services are still at the scene of what appears to be a workplace accident.

The scene was discovered after 6am this morning.

The Health and Safety Authority has been notified.
