Noonan 'not aware' of plans to change Irish Water management

Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said he is unaware of any plans to change senior management at Irish Water.

Michael Noonan was speaking on his way into this morning's Cabinet meeting amid mounting controversy over bonuses payable to the company's executives and concerns over call-out fees and customer care.

Both Tánaiste Joan Burton and Environment Minister Alan Kelly declined to speak to reporters this morning.

In response to a question about any plans to change the senior structure of management at Irish Water, Mr Noonan said: "There is no plan that I know of anyway."
