An investigation has been launched into an assault near a Dublin Dart station.

Woman followed and assaulted as she walked home in Dublin

An investigation has been launched into an assault near a Dublin Dart station.

A woman was attacked at about 8.30pm last night on Quinns Road in Shankill.

It is understood the woman had been followed as she walked home.

She didn't suffer any injuries in the incident, however Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
