A man who died following a shooting in west Belfast has been named as Edward Gibson.

A man who died following a shooting in west Belfast has been named as Edward Gibson.

The 28-year-old was taken to hospital after being shot last night, but died from his injuries.

Police in the city have arrested a 31-year-old woman and two men, aged 33 and 30, in connection with his death.

The 30-year-old man arrested was also treated in hospital after being stabbed in what officers think was a related incident.
