The North's First Minister Peter Robinson has been discharged from hospital.

The North's First Minister Peter Robinson has been discharged from hospital.

The DUP leader tweeted to thank all those who sent him messages of support, as well as staff who cared for him.

The 66-year-old was taken to the Ulster Hospital, after a suspected heart attack on Monday.

He was later transferred to Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital.
