The three men who were arrested yesterday evening in relation to investigations into dissident republican activity in Cork have tonight been charged.

The three men who were arrested yesterday evening in relation to investigations into dissident republican activity in Cork have tonight been charged.

The men, aged in their mid 30s to early 50s, were being detained at Cobh and Midleton Garda Stations under Section 30 0f the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.

They will appear before the Special Criminal Court, Criminal Courts of Justice at a special session at 10am tomorrow morning.
