Update 6.13pm, September 28: Lauren Murphy has been found safe and well this evening.

Gardaí have asked for the public's help to find missing teenager Lauren Murphy.

The 15-year-old was last seen in Glenamaddy, Co Galway yesterday.

She is described as being approximately 5’ 6’’ tall with blond hair and of a stocky build.

When last seen she was wearing a blue Chelsea football t-shirt, a long, fawn-coloured cardigan, brown boots and light-coloured jeans.

Anyone who has seen Lauren or who can assist in locating her is asked to contact Tuam Garda Station on 093 70840, The Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
