The sisters of Ibrahim Halawa - the Irish man being held in an Egyptian jail - are suing the Minister for Justice.

Omaima and Somaia Halawa are unhappy with an 18 month delay in deciding whether their husbands can join them in Ireland.

Both men are Egyptian nationals currently living in Turkey.

The cases will come before the High Court on June 19.
