Gardai in Salthill, Galway wish to seek the publics assistance in the identification of the body of a male who was found near Barna on the evening of the 27th of September 2014.

Gardai in Salthill, Galway wish to seek the publics assistance in the identification of the body of a male who was found near Barna on on Saturday evening.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

The male is described as being between 30 and 40 years of age, approximately 6 foot tall with black hair.

He is of broad/strong build and was wearing a gold bracelet watch (Caravelle by Bulova).

He was also wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and white and blue ‘Athletech’ runners. He had a black belt with metal flower design studs across its length with a silver colour buckle.

The investigating gardai have been unable to identify this male to date.
