Dublin has got a major jobs boost this afternoon.

Up to 400 new jobs are being created at CarTrawler - which connects airlines, hotel groups and travel brands with car rental all over the world.

It will bring their Dublin workforce up to 650.

Hiring for 200 of the new roles is already underway with positions in business development, customer operations, data science, finance and engineering.

The jobs will be located in CarTrawler's new International Customer Centre of Excellence in Dundrum supporting customers in 174 countries.

The company is hosting an Open Day on Saturday, October 18.
