A man remains in a serious condition in hospital following a hit-and-run in Dublin.

The man in his 20s was found on the Skerries-Rush road around two kilometres from Loughshinney in the early hours of yesterday morning.

He is receiving treatment in Beaumont hospital.

House-to-house inquiries are underway and anyone with information is asked to contact Gardaí.
