Property prices across the country have continued to rise, according to figures released by the Central Statistics Office.

Property prices across the country have continued to rise, according to figures released by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO numbers show property prices rose by 2% in July from June.

Over the last 12 months, prices nationally have climbed by more than 13%.

The Dublin house market is rising faster than the rest of the country.

Prices in the capital increased by 2.5% from June and have gained more than 23% in the last year.
