Social Welfare to demand repayments within weeks
The Department of Social Welfare is giving those who owe money 14 days to repay money owed.
According to , the department is writing to hundreds of former claimants looking for outstanding debts.
The department is owed an estimated €350m by both fraudsters and people who were overpaid by mistake.
