A 35-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in the North.

A 35-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in the North.

It is after an alleged stabbing in a house in Talbot Street in Newry yesterday.

The man is due to appear at Newry Magistrates' Court on Monday.

A 22-year-old man who was also arrested has been released.
