Cannabis plants with an estimated value of €96,000 were seized in woodland in Co Cavan, gardaí said.
The plants and associated paraphernalia were found on Tuesday during a planned search of a wooded area at Drumgill.
No arrests have been made and investigations are on going.
The search was carried out as part of ongoing operations into the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Cavan area.
"These operations use advanced analytical and intelligence methods to disrupt criminals and dismantle their networks," Gardaí said.
"Drug seizures play a critical role in targeting the livelihood of criminals and reducing their ability to carry out illegal activities.
"Drug seizures also help protect communities from the devastating impact of drugs and the associated criminality."
