Fine Gael select Hopkins for Roscommon South Leitrim by-election
Roscommon county councillor Maura Hopkins has been selected to represent Fine Gael in the Roscommon South Leitrim by-election.
The 30 year-old Ballaghaderreen based councillor will contest the election, which is being held as a result of Independent TD Luke Ming Flanagan’s election as an MEP.
No date has yet been set for the Roscommon South Leitrim by-election.
