The Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan is leading 34 Irish companies on a trade mission that heads to South Africa today.
The four-day visit is designed to boost trade with one of the world's fastest growing economies.
The mission is focused on Irish companies working in areas like technology, telecommunications, aviation, and financial services.
Minister Flanagan said South Africa presents significant opportunities for Irish companies and the mission would help Irish job creation.
