Two die in Donegal farm accident

Two men in their 50s have died in a farming accident in Co Donegal.

Two men in their 50s have died in a farming accident in Co Donegal.

The incident happened in the Crossroads area of Killygordan at 6.20pm this evening.

The man are understood to have been working on a tractor tyre when it exploded.

Emergency services were called to the scene but were unable to save the men.

The Health and Safety Authority are investigating.

It brings to 28 the number of people killed in farm accidents this year.
