A man who is suspected of murdering two Irish soldiers who were serving with the UN 34 years ago has been deported from the US to Lebanon.

A man who is suspected of murdering two Irish soldiers who were serving with the UN 34 years ago has been deported from the US to Lebanon.

Mahmoud Bazzi (aged 71), from Lebanon, was returned to his home country after admitting immigration fraud.

Bazzi entered the US 20 years ago without proper documentation and admitted lying to obtain lawful immigration status.
