Cleaver East is Dublin chef Oliver Dunne’s latest restaurant, which opened in the Clarence Hotel last August.
Customers are invited to enjoy four or five courses, presented in smaller dishes, rather than the traditional starter, main course and dessert.
In 2008, Oliver was the youngest chef in Ireland to win a Michelin star for Bon Appétit, his restaurant in Malahide. He shows Neven how to make braised belly of pork, one of the most popular items on the menu.
Neven’s own recipes in this final programme of the series feature the ultimate beef burger with crispy potato wedges, and a delicious dessert of Toasted Coconut and Malibu Parfit with Pineapple Carpaccio and Lime Meringue.

Ricky Gervais returns with a second series of the bittersweet sitcom about Derek Noakes, a possibly autistic care worker who spreads some happiness in Broad Hill Retirement Home.
The new run picks up a year after we last saw the eponymous protagonist and his friends.
There’s also a chance of romance when Derek tries his hand at internet dating, and a few laughs when the regulars take a trip to the zoo.
Aside from good performances from Gervais and long-time collaborator Karl Pilkington, look out for series newcomers Colin Hoult and Joe Wilkinson (of ‘Him & Her’ fame).
Gervais himself says: “For me, personally, it’s my favourite thing I’ve ever created or worked on. I love Derek more than any other character. In fact, I wish I were more like him.”
Those of you who enjoy Roisin Conaty’s comedy are in for a treat – she’s written (and stars in) this new series.
We last saw Conaty in a co-starring role in ‘Man Down’, the comedy series from ‘The Inbetweeners’ star Greg Davies.
She plays Marcella, who’s trying to make her way through life’s little tests with the help of her friends, a life coach and a driving instructor.
In this first episode, she’s celebrating her birthday, and is determined that this will be the start of a new her. But it doesn’t quite work out that way.
Scarlett Johansson plays Griet, serving maid and muse to legendary Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer (Colin Firth) in an adaptation of Tracy Chevalier’s best-selling novel of simmering sexual tension.
Impressed by her spirit, Vermeer begins to use Griet as the inspiration for a series of paintings depicting women in domestic settings – causing jealousy and uproar in his chaotic Catholic household.
Beautifully framed by cinematographer Eduardo Serra and director Peter Webber, this is an entrancing portrait of forbidden love that is heartbreaking and beautiful.
Look out too for Irish star Cillian Murphy playing peasant boy Pieter.
